\nAre you looking for a nice\u2019n cozy English-friendly studio in Tokyo?
\nThen I\u2019d say our studio is the perfect match for you!

\nWe are located in Ebisu(which is a station right next to Shibuya on JR Yamanote-line), easy access from the station with only 5min on foot. Our studio is still new as it opened this April, and just extended our open hours to \u202a9pm\u202c on weekdays so Tokyoites can enjoy yoga after work or at the end of the day!

\nWe have variety of classes for all levels of yogis with warm and friendly teachers(Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Inside flow etc..) Among them, we provide two bilingual classes on every \u202aMonday midday\u202c and \u202aThursday evening\u202c, both are Hatha yoga based classes. Mine is the one \u202aon Thursday at 8pm\u202c, taking each pose carefully while focusing on deep breathing to let your body & mind feel relaxed before going to bed.
